Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. 
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at [overseas@pagong.jp] including the details and picture to show as proof of the defective item. If the return is accepted, we will contact DHL and have the item picked up from you. We will gladly refund or replace the item.

In the case that the size you have ordered does not fit, please contact us immediately, should we have your correct size in stock, we will make an exchange. Next, we will call DHL to contact you to pick up the item, please leave all tags intact.
