We will send your order by DHL. If you have ordered from a place where DHL cannot deliver or you will be charged a higher cost, we will contact you by email before sending your order. Your order will be delivered within 2-7 business days. All items are shipped from Kyoto.

■Regarding Customs and Import Duty■
Local import duties may be charged and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Custom duty varies by countries. Please contact the customs of your country for more information.

When a shipment needs to be split, please split your orders and let us know when the shipment is needed.

Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at overseas@pagong.jp within 7 days of delivery and include photos as proof. Once confirmed, we will arrange a return pickup via DHL and offer a replacement or refund.
Size Exchanges:
If the size does not fit, exchanges may be possible if the requested size is in stock. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and all original tags must remain attached.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.
