An Important Update About International Shipping

First of all, thank you for your continued support of Pagong. We are truly grateful that customers around the world continue to choose our Kyoto-made garments and support traditional Japanese craftsmanship.
Over the past several months, international shipping has become increasingly challenging. Global fuel prices, transportation costs, and shipping carrier surcharges have continued to rise, resulting in significantly higher delivery costs worldwide.
For many years, we have worked hard to absorb these increases ourselves. We have maintained a flat international shipping fee of USD $20 for every destination, regardless of the actual shipping cost. Our goal has always been to make it as easy and affordable as possible for customers everywhere to enjoy our products.
Unfortunately, due to the continued increase in shipping expenses, we have reached a point where we can no longer absorb these rising costs on our own.
We sincerely apologize for this necessary change.

This is our way of saying thank you before our new shipping policy takes effect.
New Shipping Policy (Effective August 2)
Beginning August 2, our international shipping policy will be updated as follows:
Flat-rate international shipping:USD $25
Although our shipping fee will increase by only USD $5, we will continue to absorb a significant portion of the actual shipping costs whenever possible. We remain committed to keeping international shipping as fair and affordable as we can while ensuring reliable delivery to customers around the world.
